I am recruiting people to serve as 1099 contractors and interns, and these are the possibilities.

Career pathways consists of Supported Employment Specialist to Director / Owner.

Generous pay, increases, and bonus structure.
100% of UNTWISE credentialing reimbursed (half at day one, and half after six months).
Part-time and full-time opportunities. Internships are a minimum of one semester in keeping with university requirements (credentials required).
Caseloads provided at the start with paid mentoring and training.
