Brad's character goes above and beyond his job title.  He put 100% into helping my son. From the beginning he put his all into helping J to get a job. He always made sure to keep my husband and myself well informed as to where he was in the search which gave us peace of mind.
After a potential position was found for J, Brad prepared him for a successful interview and helped him with tools that he would benefit from. I can't express enough how helpful this was for J to feel at ease for his interview. It also made  me feel at ease to know that someone who cared about my son and his wellbeing was with him . Someone who was not just there to fulfill his obligation. Even after J's job placement Brad continued to maintain communication with us, and we felt the continuum of someone caring and that is a rarity.I truly appreciated Brad for that.  J and I consider Brad a true gift to others. I, J, had a situation with my employer that occurred more than once. It was a delicate situation.I was unsure how to deal with it. I tried to resolve it but was unable to. Even though Brad was no longer my job coach, my mom decided to call and ask for his help since he knew of the situation and without hesitation, he contacted my employer and literally within minutes, my situation was resolved. I know that Brad was a big part of my success journey. He is an advocate to the person that he is helping.

My meeting with Mr.Jameson was truly set up from a higher power. I was involved in a deadly car accident that left me partially disabled. I went from having a job, a small business and at the gym daily to not knowing if I am ever going to walk, to living in a wheelchair to partial mobility. I never knew what it took to endure something of that size. My anger sometimes took the best of me. Until one day, I was connected with Mr. Jameson, and my perspective did a 360. His loyalty towards me as a customer was indescribable.  His attitude showed nothing but love and respect.  He made what was looking so difficult so doable, and unknowingly, by his words and his actions, Mr. Jameson brought back the drive in my life.  He helped me with finding a great long-term job and also sparked that energetic flame of "I can do this" within me. I know now how difficult it is to live with a disability and having the drive to go out there and serve.  I honestly pray that ALL people who have a disability and are seeking help will cross Mr.Jameson's path as his light shines bright. Mr.Jameson, THANK YOU. I am forever humbled.

I have had the pleasure to know Brad Jameson for over five years. He helped my autistic son transition to employment with Tom Thumb.   Brad reviewed other employment opportunities and recommended places that fit my son's autism challenges.  He also coached my son to prepare for the interview so he would succeed...Brad advised the management of potential employers about my son's strengths and challenges, and he recommended potential positions my son could do at the grocery stores.
